With beach vibes in mind, we created a subtle feature wall using shiplap painted in the same soft color as the rest of the room. On either side of the bed, wall-mounted nightstands with built-in sconces add a custom look and save floor space in these tight quarters. We also opted for a sliding closet door to save precious space considering the king sized bed in such a small room. Not everything has to be new to feel fresh, as evidenced in this guest room. All of the furniture was repurposed from the clients, and nearly every accessory in this room came from their travels, or hold special sentimental value.
