Guest Bathroom

This home, built in the early 90's, hadn't seen any updates to the original guest bathroom. The homeowners needed it to function well for their three kids, but also be something they're not embarrassed to have guests use.

Rich green board and batten walls not only add dimension and contrast, but are also much easier to wipe down than painted drywall (hello, endless toothpaste splatter). New hardware, faucets, cabinet doors, and drawer faces provide a much-needed update to the original vanity without breaking the bank. Along with a new tub insert and shower tile, the real show-stopper in this room is the mosaic tile floor which pairs beautifully with the dark green board and batten.
